After the preparation and celebration of Christmas, the winter can seem like a low season. This time of the year compounds any trouble that we may also be dealing with. Dealing with illness, depression, worry about family members, adjusting to aging, fears, can all pile up and overwhelm you. It is not easy to do, but reach out for help. One of those places is our Stephen Ministries. A Stephen Minister will meet with a person in need on a weekly basis and guide them through their personal troubles.
