Last Friday, we were saddened to learn of the death of Pat Schwartz and her son, Tim. Pat, and her husband John, joined Catonsville Presbyterian Church in December 1958, and raised their children in the life of the church. Pat served as an Elder, a Deacon, and a Trustee. She was a church school teacher, an active member of Presbyterian Women, and sang in the choir. She loved the church and will be deeply missed.

Pat is survived by her daughters Patricia Meek of Newport, KY, and Kristin Senecal of Carlisle, PA. Additional surviving relatives include Robert Meek, Keith Senecal, Jason Benedict, Kathryn Senecal, Cameron Lanford-Meek, and Caroline Lanford-Meek.

Memorial gifts in Pat’s name may be made to the Memorial Fund of Catonsville Presbyterian Church.

Funeral services at the family farm near Carlisle, PA, will be private. A memorial service at the church might be planned when it is safe for us to be together.

We will be hosting a Zoom Remembrance gathering for friends and family members on Tuesday, December 8, at 7 p.m. This won’t be a worship service but an opportunity to remember Pat and Tim, share stories, and offer prayer.
