We have changed the way we’ve engaged in Christian formation ministries the past three years. The great news is that we are continuing to adapt and experiment so that all ages of the church community can grow and develop and share in mutual nurture and care.

Second Sundays

• Childcare for infants through age five will be provided from 10 a.m. till noon in the Owls Room.
• Multiage church school for kindergarten through fifth grade meets in the Giraffe Room right after the children’s message till the end of worship approx. 10:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
• Youth group for middle and high school meets at the church from 6–7:30 p.m. Get ready for some excellent activities, games, and conversation.

CPC COCOA AND CONVERSATION

We’re starting a new ministry for middle and high youth! On Second Sunday mornings, beginning in November, sixth through eighth graders and ninth through twelfth graders are invited to the youth rooms (upstairs from the Frederick Road doors) from 10:30— 11:30 a.m. Greeted in the middle school room by Debbie and Mark Davis and a rotating team of adults in the Crossroads room including Jenny Hutton, Charre Symms, David Hutton and Mark Dunham — for fellowship, discussion, prayer, sharing, and light refreshments, youth will dive into the intersection of faith and life in a welcoming space with welcoming people. Come and taste and see — this is going to be good.
