Fall is a great time to enjoy the church’s woodland sanctuary as we recover from the gardening doldrums of summer! Join us on Saturday, September 14, and Saturday, September 28, at 9 a.m. in the woodland sanctuary as we prepare for the coming months. As with all our projects, feel free to come when you can, stay as long as you can! Please join the Creation Care Team as we continue to make our woodlands a healthy and beautiful place and close out this season in preparation for winter. Gloves and water will be provided. Work up a sweat with Mother Nature; enjoy the fellowship and the lovely space! For more information contact Ron Gunderson.

Activities Include:

• Remove weeds and invasive, non-native plants
• Clearance of overgrown areas
• Preparation and selective seeding of meadow grass
• Transplant perennials to new homes in the woodland gardens
• Prepare mulched walkways
• Garden preparation around the Church House
