Adult Education: A Year of Learning
- Date: Sunday, May 23, 2021
- Time: 9:00am–10:00am
- Location: Zoom Online Meeting
As we slowly emerge from the pandemic—and, yes, there’s still a long way for us to go—we’re going to take some time these two weeks to look back on the past year and share what we have learned, both personally and together as a church. While we all long for some sense of “normalcy,” we know that much has changed and is changing. This experience has taught us much about ourselves, our relationships with loved ones, what really matters (and what doesn’t), the importance of community, both the limits and the depths of our faith—and so much more. As we begin to slowly “re-open” the church building and resume in-person gatherings and meetings, there’s much about the church that has changed. We have learned much about ourselves as a church. We believe that we can take these learnings and step out, open to nudges, hopes, and demands of the Holy Spirit in our lives. What have you, what have we learned?
Led by Dorothy Boulton and Ken Kovacs.
